Just before Christmas I got a great suggestion that I should make a pancake platter with a lid. In Estonian its named “pannkoogitirin”, so if you know a better work in English, I’ll be glad to hear.
But of course, a really great idea! Eh, what is it?
I found out that such a miracle actually exists! Of course – a large bowl-shaped platter that can hold the pancakes (still a big stack) and a lid on top, of course. So that the pancakes stay nice and warm until you start eating them.
Pancakes deserve a dedicated pancake platter, especially if you make them every Sunday morning :)
I would be very glad to make some more of them for the table of some dedicated pancake fryer!
