I\u2019ve made a video how those treasure boxes with ice crackle glaze start their journey from a lump of clay into a final functional form.  Throwing, trimming, fitting the lid, glazing, and then finally taking out from the kiln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are still some changes the glaze takes after the firing on the first days when I can hear how some additional cracks appear to the glaze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
